At Mt. Tam Vision Center, we strongly believe in giving back to the community and caring for the eyes of those in need.  This belief has led Dr. Frank and his staff to not only participate in, but to develop many worthwhile programs both locally and abroad.  Our outreach programs represent an opportunity to show the community the level of commitment we have to both our local community and the world at large.
